Need Solution

i am 32. and suffering from numbness of some parts of body,like top of the feet leg nee joints,shoulders,small fingers in both the hands ,weakness, problems.
I dont know why my Spine Specialist prescribed me these: My Serum B12 level was in 311& I have been prescribed Nuroday 1500. I have been taken for one month I felt better strength in both the hands (I have been completed 4 months with Nuroday+ Methylcobalamin injection 5nos , My Serum B12 level is 790) but the numbness, finger weaknesses are also continuing at present days. How can I get re-leaf from this problems. Still I am unable to do my writing works and I feel very tiredness in my left hand. Can I continue Nuroday and how many months. I will be affect mu kidney is't it?. Please write me how to improve my physical strength. {edited for privacy}

Many doctors will suggest someone with some type of nerve problem take supplements that contain a complex of B vitamins, because they have been found to support nerve health.

They are generally considered safe to take regularly, unless your levels are too high or your doctor tells you not to take them for some reason.

However, whether or not they provide you with any relief depends on what is causing your problem. Have they done any x-rays or scans?
