Need Identity Of 2 Pills

one of the pills is light orange in color. on one side there is a large R. on the other side it is scored with 128 above the score line. the other is a small yellow tablet, smooth on one side and scored on the other. there is an s above the score line and a 264 below.

R128 is Clonidine 0.2mgs, a generic for Catapres, used to help lower blood pressure.
