Need Help Disabled Cant Do Hole Lot Thank U So Much

I live in San Diego cal my doc has cut me back so much I'm always in pain don't feel good... in the last 4 months he has cut me back 30 of my 30mg oxy & 90 of my norcos... can any one help my out I have a disk in plant in my l4/l5 don't no what to do all I've been hearing is how its hard to get a doc to write for such high doses..at one time I was at 180 of the 30 oxyc &180 norco ..next month he wants to drop me 30 more of my oxy I can't do it....

Hello, Brittany! How are you? I'm very sorry about what you're going through.

However, your doctor no longer has a choice in the matter. Due to new regulations that were put in place last year, there are limits on how much of anything they can prescribe for you. The only exceptions are for those suffering intractable pain from possibly terminal conditions, such as stage 4 cancer. This applies to all doctors, even specialists, so you're going to be facing the same issue anywhere you go, now.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I understand that it's frustrating and very hard to deal with, so I wish I had better news for you, but unfortunately, I don't.

Have you asked them about increasing the dose of the Oxycodone? That may help, since he's lowering the number of them that you take each day.
