Addicted to H. Need doctor in Phila who writes RX for methadone. want to work. can't go to clinic everyday

I'm sorry, but under current laws, a clinic is your only option. Regular doctors aren't allowed to prescribe it for addiction treatment.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Can anyone suggest a good clinic in that area?

Yes you can the one on parkside ave opens at 630.. Not too mant Drs these days write for Methadone. Suboxone perhaps There is also a clinic on the border of Ridley and Chester. I would try the suboxone. You can probably find a Dr. on line for thst.
