I may not have a personal doctor I can refer you to, but I did come across a few listings for pain management specialists in the Colorado Springs area who have gotten good reviews. I'd consider calling them up to see if they are accepting new patients. You may even want to go schedule a visit in person to get a real vibe for the doctor:
