Naxdom 250 Side Effects

Hi I have migraine and my dr prescribed me Naxdom 250 I m taking it 2 to 3 times in a month when I have headach is it safe to take thrice in a month what r the side effects of this medicine

That's not very frequent dosing, but if you find yourself having to take it frequently, you should consult your doctor, again.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

I get headache n neck pain during periods or sometimes middle of the month. Doctor prescribed naxdom 250. Is it a pain killer, safe to have?
