After taking 3 tablets I feel sleepy, drowsy and weak.

The recommended dosage is 1 tablet, twice a day, so if you are taking 3 at much, you are overdosing yourself and may be causing serious damage to your health. Please speak to your doctor about this.

I followed the recommended dosage (twice a day). Yesterday, I took 1 tablet in the morning and and another 1 tablet evening. Today 1 tablet this morning but I feel sleepy and weak.

Well, that drowsiness/weakness is more than likely caused by the ingredients, everything has side effects, no matter what it is. These effects should wear off as your body adjusts to the medication.

I accidentally gave my 4 yrs old son 2 5ml of Nasatapp syrup. He sleep after 1 hour of taking it even though he just wokeup. would he be overdose?

I have with my throat, seems like there's building of phlegm that leads to severe tonsillitis, the doctor give me this medication and I follow the required dosage but I feel sleepy for 3 to 4 days....that's too long to recover....but it as good relief... im a call center agent for 2 years ....

you said from previous comments its should be twice a day but why my doctor recommended me 3 times a day?this is my 2 day taking this medicine should i reduce my intake?
