Narcotic Brain Reading

Is it possible to read some one's mind regularly? I'm hearing recently that people saying that they are comming to know that what some person is in his mind or thinking? Is it true? Can we believe? Is it because of some medicine?

Once again, NO! Actual mind reading is a complete myth.

You can, however, learn to predict people if you know them well or know how to read certain actions and reactions. Which can help you discover what they are thinking or if they are lying to you.
