What is narcotic 10 ? Do you mean Norco 10 ?

If you mean Norco 10. FDA recommeded dosage can be 1 every 4 hrs, that would be 6 a day and 180 a month. Texas doesn't have any other restriction on hydrocodone combination medications. If you have insurance, your insurance company may have restrictions. Drs do not have to use the max dosage for any med when prescribing.
