Norco contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, in this case the 10 would stand for the milligrams of Hydrocodone in it. Without knowing the imprint from the tablet or additional information from the prescription, I am unsure how much Acetaminophen it may contain.

This is a narcotic analgesic, used to treat moderate to severe pain.

Some common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
