Did you mean Norco perhaps?

Based on my research, patients using Methadone have reported it as being much stronger than Hydrocodone, which is combined with Acetaminophen in Norco. For example, some state that (10 mg) of Methadone give a similar effect as a (30 mg) or (40 mg) Hydrocodone. The problem with Methadone is the withdrawal process, it can be much more painful than any other withdrawal process.

This is not going to be the case with every patient, since everyone reacts to medication differently. Your doctor should able to provide the appropriate pain medication based on your medical history and current symptoms.
