Sorry to hear about your muscle cramps. Are you currently taking Naproxen to help alleviate the pain? If so, how has it been working for you?

Depending on the region of your pain, one thing you might want to consider trying is a topical analgesic that you can rub directly on location. My fiancé deals with painful menstrual cramps and finds various essential oils to be beneficial in that regard, but if it's something that's very severe I'd encourage you to see a doctor about getting prescribed something stronger than Naproxen.
