Hello, Kathy! How are you?
This medication does not become dangerous, once expired, but it can lose some efficacy. It would really be best to dispose of it and see your doctor for a new supply.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
