Naproxen/paracetamol Suspension Oral Dosages Syrup

I need the naproxen/paracetamol oral suspension dosage for children and maybe even for infants for a throat infection.

As to a possible throat infection, this medication will not help with that, an infection requires an antibiotic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
