You can, as long as your doctor approves, they are often prescribed together to treat pain and spasms.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Naproxen as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

Cyclobenzaprine may cause side effects such as nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
