Enalapril is an ACE inhibitor that is used to help lower blood pressure, certain cardiac conditions, and to improve heart function.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

However, there is no such thing as a blood pressure leveler. Your blood pressure will never hit one steady number, and stay there. It is always going to fluctuate, depending on what you've eaten, your activity levels, other medications you take, and etc.
