Nac Sr 75 Tablet

above the name of the tablet . it is written diclofenac sodium tablets
it has been prescribed for waist line pain. i need to know whether it has to be taken after meal or before meal at morning. kindly help . since the doctor is not present right now, i could not ask him for the same.
