They are actually listed as containing 10mgs of Nitrazepam, which is a similar, but different benzodiazepine. It is most commonly used to treat insomnia that's been resistant to other treatments and for its sedative effects.
The U.S. FDA considers this class of medications to be habit forming and warns that they could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
