This isn't available in the U.S., so I can't be 100% certain, but from what I've found, I believe this to be a 1mg Nitrazepam tablet.

The FDA classifies this as a hypnotic of the benzodiazepine class, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Can anyone verify this identification?
