What will happen if i took 4 tablets of Myrin P & Myrin I for a week already...a total of 8 tablets a day?

My doctor says that if that happened. stop the drug then drink anti alergi for 7 days or try visiting your doctor for advise...

My officemate has been taking the MYRIN P Forte for the last 15 days - 3 tabs each morning before breakfast.
Initially she developed nausia and indigestion, she change the schedule of taking instead she ate breakfast at 8 am then 10:30 am she take medicine then ate her lunch.
Is this schedule be applicable also?

My wife has been taking the MYRIN P Forte for the last 15 days - 4 tabs each morning before breakfast.
Initially she developed nausia and indigestion, joint ache (backache severe).
Please advise any remedial action as she is getting week day by day.

Myrin P Forte contains 275mgs of Ethambutol, 150mgs of Rifampin, 75mgs of INH and 400mgs of Pyrazinamide, it is an antituberculosis medication.
