Is the imprint perhaps M 0552?

If so, this is NOT made by Mylan, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt pharmaceuticals.

This is 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Roxicodone.

This is a narcotic analgesic, highly addictive.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, constipation and dry mouth.
