large letter M on one side, L 26 on other side. New prescription, does not seem to work!

It is Lisinopril 40mgs. However, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in their Bioequivelence, by as much as plus or minus 20%, so that gives them a leeway of 40% to screw them up. Poor quality control at a manufacturing facility means poorly made pills and the consumer has to suffer.

Mylan 20 mg yellow with Markings
" M " on one side and " L 25 " on the other do not work for my wife. My wifes lisinopril was doubled because of recent rise in high blood pressure. Is it possible to get a bad batch of this manufacturers' product?

Start taking 5mg Myla-lisinopril from Safeway last month in July because Safeway changed suppliers. Went in for nuke stress test this week and blood pressure was at 200x110. Went home and doubled intake to 10mg twice daily and went back next day with no improvement. Deciding to find another brand that works!!!
