Bayer makes many other products, not just Aspirin, including Pharmaceuticals.

This is Avelox 400mgs, the active ingredient is Moxifloxacin. This is a type of antibiotic that can kill and inhibit the growth of certain types of bacteria. It is primarily used for eye infections and other optical problems.
