UDL Laboratories lists this as being a 1mg Prazosin capsule. NDC code: 51079-0630

It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Inactive ingredients may include: silicon dioxide
lactose monohydrate
magnesium stearate
microcrystalline cellulose
ferrosoferric oxide
gelatin
ferric oxide red
titanium dioxide
ferric oxide yellow

FD&C Green No. 3
