My Son Is Taking Sizodon For The Last 3 Yrs Now Doctors Prescribed Him Olean Z 5mg Which Better

My son is having some psychological problem and sifferring from bad mods and anger apathy,aloofness .He does nt see aDoctor. Doctors gave him Sizodon.2 mg. For 4 yrs he is ok if not good.Now he started having depression and Doctor advised him Olean Z 5 mg.Is it better medicine than Sizodon? So far fr the last 5 yrs he could be tken to Doctor once and that is in the begining.
