My Pill Has Been Changed
UpdatedI've been taking simvastatin 20mg for 2 years. They were peach, round, and small. Now it's brick red, round and larger, with 199 on one side of the pill and RDY on the other side. Is this the same pill?

Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they do list it as containing 20mgs of Simvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
Is there anything else I can help with?
