My Period Did Not Come (Top voted first)

I'm 23..my last period was on 17th of Nov..till now I never got my period.. Currently I'm abroad and have travel to another country..I'm a bit worried as to why my period did not come..but I'm having slight symptoms like backache, usually I will get breast pain but this time not any.. Can I know what are the reasons n what should I do? pls tq..

Have you been engaged in unprotected intercourse? Are your periods normally regular?

As listed by the NIH, there are several things that may cause such an issue, including pregnancy, stress, medications, oral contraceptives and ovarian cysts.

Hi, I'm 40 years old. I'm getting my periods on time but my concern is why does it come out only in drops? I got 50-100 drops in only 1 day, that's it. I've been facing this problem for what seems like 4 to 5 years. I met with a lot of doctors but they said my hormones are imbalanced. Please help me. I'm still single now.
