My Partner And I Are Trying For A Baby

I'm 20 years and my partner is 22.. we've been trying for a baby for almost 3 years now and nothing is happening. I was on nesprei contraception in 2013 and stopped that very same year in September but I also took one shot of depo in December 2012 after giving birth. my partner and I have been trying for a baby since I stopped preventing. now we are worried that we cant have a baby together. the baby I gave birth to isn't his,so is it possible that we might have a problem somehow? Please help
