my motion is very tight in the morning. i have push it very hard. could you please tell me what kind of medicine have to take and how to cure problem?

Hi, The past 6 days i have tight motion. This is giving pain. After i drop the motion the pain is still there even the next day also. What should i do to be normal painless motion? Is there any home remedies. please help me out.
