It is NEVER a good idea, when you are afraid that someone's life or health may be in danger, to post on a free information website and wait for an answer!!!

Always call or take the person to your nearest emergency care facility.
That said, the only 200mg Morphine tablets in the U.S. are time released and if she ate, so she received all of the Morphine at once, yes, she could have gotten too much of the medication, especially if she does not take it regularly.
The vomiting, pain and sedation are all signs of a drug overdose!
