My Experince W Naltrexone

i was in a drug study to make money the study drug was naltrexone and then bup 12 hours later . i forgot to say i drink kratom pretty much everyday well minutes after i took the naltrexone i went into full blown withdarawl .i was sent to the er they gave me so many shots of fentynal and adivan also .i then 2 days later woke up tied in shackel in the hospitol. the doctor told me i was running around the and becoming violent but i dont remember non of it what happend to me i really would love to know??????

Wow, what an experience that must've been. I'm very sorry to hear that you ended up in the ER because of this. According to wikipedia, Kratom is said to behave in the same way as an "µ-opioid receptor agonist" like morphine. So by taking
Naltrexone (an opioid receptor antagonist) directly afterwards, you are essentially pulling Kratom right off your receptors and this sounds like may have been what led to the full blown withdrawal.

As to the "black out" and not remembering what happened in the hospital, I suppose it could be related to one or more of the other drugs/shots they administered at the time in order to take you out of withdrawal.

Looking at the drug monograph for Ativan, some of the side effects do fit your description (i.e. violent, forgetful, loss of self control, etc): ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0045926/#DDIC602797.side_effects_section
