Found this three sided light green pill with MSD on one side and 541 in the other ..does anyone know what it is?

I believe you might have found a tablet that's from the U.K. and not available in the U.S.

It's listed as being green, apple shaped, with an MSD on one side and 541 on the other and it is a 120mg Arcoxia tablet, which contains the active ingredient Etoricoxib. It is a Cox-2 selective inhibitor, they work similarly to anti-inflammatories.
