You should only take it as prescribed, so if your doctor has noted once daily, then you shouldn't exceed that, without their approval.
Hydrocodone and Morphine are equivalent on a one to one ratio, so no, you shouldn't experience any withdrawals on the 60mg dose.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
