Sorry, I am not sure what you mean by IOP or OP?

this site does not sell drugs here at this site, if that is what you are asking. this is an information site, we help people find IDs for pills they have found and are unable to identify themselves, and we help people find medical or medication information that they need.

The drug you are asking about, is a very highly controlled substance, you cannot, legally, get that in the US without a prescription. Even if you find a foreign, mail order pharmacy to order it from, you run the risk of customs seizing your package, losing your money, and being turned in to the DEA for it.

MS Contin is a time release Morphine, taken every 12 hours. It is very dangerous to use without a doctor's supervision and monitoring, it is also a very addictive med, so it really isn't something you should play around with at all.

I would also like to state that foreign meds, and mail order pharmacies, that are not approved by the FDA are very dangerous and unreliable, these meds are not made to the same guidelines that those sold legally in the US for prescriptions are required to be, so what you end up with is sometimes a very unstable medication, and a lot of people don't even get the correct med.
