found an oval white pill with M2A4 on the top line and 57344 on the second line,

This is NOT Morphine. The pill in description is Acetaminophen (500 mg).

Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
