After doing some searching, I believe you are looking at one side of the pill upside down, the marking should be E 15, the E is stylized as it is the logo for Ethex Pharmaceuticals.

Yes, this is Morphine CR 15mgs, a generic for MS Contin, a very strong and highly addictive opiate.
