Morphine Sulfate 30 Mg Imm Rel Tab

i take morphine sulfate imm rel 30 mg tab x3 daily. the 30 mg doesnt help my pain, my question is can i split 1 of my 30 mg in half & take 1 whole 30 mg at 1 time making it 45 mg

You need to discuss this with your dr. Immediate release can be broken. Long acting/extended release should not be.
