I am n morphine sul 100 mg er and morphine sul ir 15 mg for breakthru and10 mg oxycodone ir for break thru the sr said to see how it works and my insurance sont want go fill the 15one mg and 10I necause they say they are the same. I was gols they are diffplease help

You mean they won't fill the 15mg Morphine IR and the 10mg Oxycodone IR?

Yes, they would consider those to be equivalent, because they are both regular release and intended to treat breakthrough pain, so it's generally thought that both wouldn't be needed.
