Morphine For Arthritis Pain
UpdatedI am just having a flair up with rheumatoid arthritis really bad. Is it safe to use morphine, as I am taking diazepam at the moment?

Has your doctor prescribed it for you? In some cases, Morphine can worsen joint inflammation, so it should not be taken, without the approval of a medical professional.
The NIH warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
Taking it with the Diazepam may worsen some of the side effects, according to NIH reports, such as nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness.
Is there anything else I can help with?
