Does it, perhaps, have an M in a box on one side, with the the 60 on the other?

If so, then yes, this tablet is a 60mg Morphine controlled release, the active ingredient in MS Contin, a narcotic analgesic.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
