Morphine 60 Mg Ir

This is the highest dosage unit of immediate release morphine made anywhere, just the one brand, VERMOR-60 by Verve Healthcare.
I take them simply because they are much cheaper than any other morphine sulphate I have ever come across, and I need three 'rescue' doses of an opioid analgesic daily since my Oxycontin 120mg tablets seem to last only 6 hours, and not the twelve claimed on the box... Has anybody noticed that the new caplet shaped tabs are subjectively stronger than the old round ones?

Just as a wee addition to my original post - SEVREDOL is the 'Gold Standard' & most-dispensed brand of IR morphine, being found in most countries (as will be evident to those who use IOPs to acquire medication), & are made in green 50mg, pink 20mg and turquoise 10mg tablets, all oval/near-caplet-but-not-quite; I found the old round indigo Vermor-60 to give equianalgesia to the 50mg Sevvies but the new caplets seem stronger, hence my asking how people find them... many Indian IOPs stock them.

A warning, though - NEVER take any opioids from Pakistan; they will always be either counterfeit or a lot weaker than the stated dosage, that country having, unlike India, no Governmental quality controls at all. And remember also that morphine is the ONLY legally available pharmaceutical opiate to be found in Asia (bar Thailand and Philippines), so any too-good-to-be-true oxycodone, hydrocodone (100% of world supply is consumed in the USA), or any other opioid you may know from the US or UK is inevitably going to be fake, normally containing codeine and eye-watering, near-toxic amounts of paracetamol (aka acetaminophen) - one tablet purporting to be 'OC 80mg' is in fact 90mg codeine plus 750 (!!!) mg paracetamol. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
