Oxycodone is one and a half times stronger than Morphine, so you'd need 10mgs of it to equal each 15mgs of Morphine.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
However, that's not entirely accurate in this case, since the Acetaminophen augments the action of the Oxycodone. It may also differ further, if the Morphine in question is a time released formulation.
Is it a generic for MS Contin, or a regular release?
