Montelukast Sodium Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup

Baby 7 months old & 8 kgs was suffering from cold (for the past one month) doctor suggested Crize M syrup montelukast sodium& levocetirizine dihydrochloride 2.5 ml-1*30days?" I was suggested from a different source that prolonged usage of montelukast sodium& levocetirizine dihydrochloride may be harmful to baby. Please reply
