Is this combination available in the USA? OTC or Rx? What brand names are there?

Hello, Chautauquan! How are you?

I'm sorry, but this combination is not available in the U.S.

Both are available, separately, under the brand names Singulair (Montelukast) and Xyzal (Levocetirizine) and require a prescription from your doctor.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as including dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and funny taste in mouth.

Is there anything else I can help with?
