It is best not to imbibe, while under treatment with any prescription medication. Combining them with alcohol tends to worsen the side effects, causing one drink to affect you as if you'd had 2 and so on.

MIMs lists this medication as containing Montelukast and Levocetirizine, it is most commonly used to treat allergies. Due to the typical side effects, drinking may cause them to be more intense than usual, so you may feel more dizziness, drowsy and dry mouthed than normal.

However, if your doctor okays your indulgence, then please be sure that you are not driving or operating any dangerous machinery.
