Yes, it could be due to either one, though the most likely culprit would be the Ativan, perhaps the combination of both, or it may be unrelated and do to hormones. If it's mainly irritability, then the Ativan or her hormones should be considered, because the Methadone will usually act as a downer and cause depression.

How old is she?

Both of these medications also carry the risk of being habit forming.
