Duexis combines the NSAID Ibuprofen, with the antacid Famotidine to help prevent the stomach damage that the Ibuprofen might cause. Side effects may include dizziness, headache and drowsiness.

Adipex contains the active ingredient Phentermine, it is a stimulant medication used to aid in weight loss. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, insomnia and elevated heart rate.
