cough syrup, available in pharmacies in USA, but not listed in PDR. Unsure of ingredients, manufacturer or spelling. I don't believe it contains narcotics.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and nervousness.

I think the med you're referring to is Mytussin DAC. It contains the ingredients Codeine + Guaifenesin + Pseudoephedrine
(yes, it contains a narcotic)
