Mistakes While Taking The Pill

hi by mistake i took the white pills first ,is harmful to do so? and will i still have my periods as normal ?

The risk there is that you wouldn't be immediately protected from pregnancy, so there was a risk, if you were actively engaging in intercourse. You wouldn't have been protected, until after taking 7 full days of the active tablets.

As to your period, as long as you aren't pregnant, you will get them the last week of your cycle. You should double check with your doctor, but what you most likely should do is take the 3 weeks of active tablets and then just not take any tablets for a week, to allow your period to occur.

Side effects to oral contraceptives may include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, weight gain, breakthrough bleeding and PMS like symptoms.
