You need to see your dr. You may or may not be pregnant. The only way to know for sure is to see your dr.
Missing pills may also throw off your cycle, even if you don't get pregnant.
I'd suggest trying a medication reminder app, if you have a smart phone, or some other reminder system, if you aren't pregnant, to make sure that you don't miss more pills in the future.
